How I met Amon Tobin
I met him on April 17th, before his gig in Budapest, Club A38. He was super relaxed and kind with fans like me who were totally excited to meet him and had a hard time speaking in coherent English sentences.
He creates music that takes me to incredible heights of excitement… and at the same time he is friendly and totally down-to-earth in person. He is like a half-god to many fans, but in fact he is a nice, accessible guy that you wish you could be friends with. (And for a split second that seems likely, when you meet him.)
